Ol’ janitor Cropsy is a crotchety old curmudgeon. He shakes his fists at the kids of Camp Blackfoot like it’s nobody’s business. But it’s not old Cropsy’s fault. Not really. The kids treat him like dirt. On a warm summer’s night, some rambunctious campers decide to play a trick on Cropsy. They sneak into his shack of a home and set a worm filled skull on fire. Naturally, Cropsy freaks, kicking the skull onto the ground - setting himself and his home ablaze…

… Five years later, the badly burned Cropsy returns to Camp Blackfoot. Just in time for those same campers to have turned camp counselors.

Naturally, a rampage ensues as Cropsy exacts his revenge with a pair of hedge clippers.

Oh, and Jason Alexander is in this. His name is Dave.
